Reservation Policies
The Empire Lodge wants you to know the details before you book a stay with us. Our policy below will offer you the insight you need before booking, including our cancellation policy and further terms and conditions. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Guests are invited to check in at 4pm with a check-out time of 11am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to Cabin and RV Site availability and additional charges, to be requested and coordinated with management in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We only issue 100% refunds if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of making a reservation.
Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to your confirmed arrival date will receive an 80% refund.
Cancellations made 13 days or less prior to your confirmed arrival date will result in a 50% cancellation fee.
We do not issue refunds for cancellations made within 72 hours of your arrival or no shows. We do not give refunds or credits in the event of travel delays, airline cancellations, inclement weather, natural disasters, or illness, nor do we give refunds on early departures.
Pet Policy
The Empire Lodge is a dog friendly establishment that understands they are an extension of your family. We gladly welcome our guests traveling with their four-legged companions. There will be a $25 fee per night for the first dog and an additional fee of $10 per night for each additional dog when staying in one of our cabins. These fees will not apply to guide or service dogs – management has the right to request validating identification.
Dogs shall be on a controlled leash at all times when not in your cabin or RV.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dog/s on our property and properly disposing of the waste in the outside dumpster or as otherwise designated.
Any damages to the cabins, it’s furnishings or any other part of the property will be the guest’s responsibility. Please understand that your account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages.
